Credit Union tech-talk's (a subsidiary of TRW Enterprises, LLC) subscription forms require users to give us contact information (like name, organization, email address, telephone number, etc.). This information is used to send out both the newsletter and weekly emails. The information (other than e-mail addresses) is solely for the use ofCredit Union tech-talk and William Rogers and Associates and will not be sold to third parties. In regards to e-mail addresses, we do occasionally work with business partners to allow them to send information that we feel would be on interest to our readers. Our partners do not take possession of any e-mail addresses, we simply send out the information on their behalf.

As for credit card orders for our Webinars and CU InfoSecurity Conference, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption form end to end - the same security as online banking applications. Your transaction data does not reside on our server any longer than is necessary to securely process it. Afterwards it is immediately removed altogether.

Our site does not capture any information regarding your activities while visiting our site. We do not use cookies or any other mechanism to capture or maintain information from users without their consent. The only information that we capture has been specifically submitted to us through our subscription forms or by voluntarily adding your e-mail address in regards to receiving our free weekly email updates (Credit Union tech-bytes). If you wish to remove your name and related information from our database, we will promptly take action to comply with your request for removal.
