Fiserv, a leading global provider of financial services technology solutions, announced it has completed the migration of its credit union clients to the next generation XP2 account processing system. The most recent signing of several clients to XP2 marks the completion of the process, with nearly 10 percent of credit unions with assets above $500 million now using XP2, including those formerly utilizing the FOCUS XP system.
uMonitor, a financial solution services provider for member acquisition and retention, announced strong growth in the first half of 2009. When compared year-over-year to the same period in 2008, the company reported a 30 percent increase in revenue and doubled its sales force.
CU*Answers, a CUSO headquartered in West Michigan, announced its newest service add-on for credit union clients: the ability for instant card issuance at their branches. This new managed service, offered by the Gividends Team of CU*Answers is made possible by partnering with Dynamic Card Solutions.
Jack Henry & Associates announced the general availability of BIG Rewards, a customizable customer rewards and loyalty solution available through a strategic alliance with Saylent Technologies. BIG Rewards is a member acquisition and retention solution that enables credit unions to offer high interest checking, cash back, and merchandise incentives based on member relationships and account activity.
