Jack Henry's Symitar division has added 33 new credit unions to its client roster during the past 12 months. These credit unions elected to replace competitive platforms with Symitar’s Episys system, or its Cruise system. Fifteen of these credit unions will install their new systems in-house and 18 will outsource their transaction and information processing.
Expanding upon its current electronic banking offering, which consists of Internet, mobile and business banking solutions, Harland Financial Solutions announced the release of Cavion Bill Pay, the company’s new fully integrated internet bill pay solution. Cavion Bill Pay integrates with Cavion Internet Banking and is compatible with all Internet Banking systems through single sign-on connectivity.
Share One, a core processing provider serving only the credit union industy, announced that five existing Share One clients renewed five year service agreements to continue processing core data using the NewSolutions system. The credit unions that renewed their contracts for another five years were: Railroad FCU, a Share One client since 1981; University CU, a Share One client since 1982; Core CU, a Share One client since 2003; Country FCU, a Share One client since 2004; and Rural Cooperatives CU, a Share One client since 2004.
Raddon Financial Group (RFG), a provider of research-based solutions to credit unions and a strategic business unit of Open Solutions, recently conducted a client satisfaction survey. The survey results showed that 98 percent of RFG’s MCIF client base would recommend RFG to other financial institutions.
Talaris, a leading provider of teller cash automation equipment to credit unions, announced its partnership with CU*Answers, a credit union service organization. This agreement enables the 165 members in CU*Answers’ network to realize the benefits of cash automation. Middleware manufactured by LUTZWOLF Systems, a developer of software for cash automation and device connectivity, will link Talaris’ cash automation solutions to CU*BASE, CU*Answers’ core processing system.
