CU*South, a CU-owned cooperative that offers credit unions a wide variety of services including its flagship CU*BASE processing system, announced that First Neshoba FCU recently underwent a major upgrade of its core processing software to the CU*BASE platform. Established in 1964 by a core group of seven U.S. Motors Corporation employees, First Neshoba FCU has expanded its charter to serve members throughout central Mississippi’s Neshoba County.

Open Solutions, a leading provider of integrated enabling technologies for credit union throughout the United States, Canada and other international markets, announced its inclusion in the 2009 Inc. 5000 for a second consecutive year for achieving a three-year sales growth of more than 122 percent. Inc. 5000 is an extension of Inc. magazine’s annual Inc. 500 list, showcasing America’s independent-minded entrepreneurs.

Eeminder, a provider of mobile banking software to credit unions which allows them to offer full banking services, including mobile deposit, balances, activity, real time transfers, and electronic notices, announced that Mobile Deposit, which allows anyone with a cell phone to deposit a check anywhere any time, is now available. eEminder has developed the system using its patented multi-factor authentication and interactive session technology to allow anyone with a 2.0 megapixel cell phone camera and MMS and SMS access (virtually every cell phone in existence at this time) to deposit a check.

RewardsNOW, a provider of credit union rewards programs based in Dover, NH, announced that for the third year in a row it has earned recognition as one of the nation’s top growing companies with an overall ranking of 934 on the Inc. 5000 List. This ranking among the country’s top privately held companies represents a 326 percent revenue increase from 2005 through 2008 and has moved RewardsNOW into the Top 1,000 category from last year’s ranking of 2,459.

Vysym Corporation announced that it recently launched its flagship IVR product at American Heritage Federal Credit Union, a $850M asset-sized credit union located in Philadelphia, PA. American Heritage FCU is Vysym’s first client to use its integrated solution with the Symitar Episys platform via the SymConnect interface.
