Fiserv, a leading global provider of financial services technology solutions, announced that it has renewed a significant number of credit union account processing solution contracts since January 2009. Fiserv said that they have renewed long-standing processing relationships with 217 credit union account processing clients in the first eight months of 2009.
CUNA Mutual Group announced CO-OP Financial Services will acquire The LoanLink Center. Under the terms of the agreement, CO-OP will assume operations and all employees for The LoanLink Center, which will continue to operate at its present location in Ft. Worth, Texas.
Sage North America announced that its Sage Payment Solutions division has been added to the Preferred Partner Program of NAFCU Services Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Association of Federal Credit Unions (NAFCU). Sage Payment Solutions will provide NAFCU members with competitive pricing for its merchant services, as well as a range of offerings to help their small and mid-sized business members.
PSCU Financial Services signed a five-year agreement to lease some of its Phoenix data center space to Ongoing Operations, to support growth from credit unions that are purchasing its disaster recovery/business continuity services. The Phoenix data center will be its fourth location — OGO also has data centers in Maryland, Oregon and Colorado to provide geographic diversity. PSCU Financial Services was one of the credit union industry organizations that helped found Ongoing Operations.
Gladiator Technology, the ProfitStars solution that operates as a managed security services provider exclusively for financial institutions nationwide, announced the availability of the Hosted IP Telephony (IPT) solution that is provided by its Matrix Network Services Group. The Matrix Network Services Group supports financial institutions nationwide with local and wide area network design, implementation, and support services including Internet Protocol telephony solutions.
