Jack Henry & Associates, a leading provider of integrated technology solutions and data processing services for financial institutions, announced today that its Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) solution continues to set new transaction volume records. RDC is a Web-based electronic payment processing platform that enables businesses to make remote deposits by scanning the checks they receive as payment and converting them into electronic transactions that are processed through the ACH or Check 21 image exchange networks. Their RDC solution now supports more than 22,000 merchants and 85,000 merchant locations.

Tyfone, a global provider of mobile financial services infrastructure and mobile NFC payments/secure transaction capabilities, announced the company was awarded a second patent for its innovations in smart card-based electronic wallet technology. This newest patent is entitled “Electronic Transaction Card.” Using time varying magnetic fields, Tyfone’s patented technology enables the use of a memory card as an electronic wallet and/or the ability to use that memory card for the secure transmission of financial information. Tyfone also announced that OnPoint Community Credit Union, Oregon’s largest credit union with more than $2.8 billion in assets, has selected Tyfone’s u4ia platform as the infrastructure behind its mobile banking strategy.

Cubus Solutions, a provider of cost-saving and green business software applications to credit unions, announced that it has formed a partnership with Cleveland-based Hyland Software. Credit unions storing member banking documents such as mortgage and loan documents, signature cards, statements, check images and other such items with Hyland's OnBase, can now allow their members to access those documents online through Cubus’ CUDocuments.

Agiliance, a provider of integrated Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions, announced the addition of Agiliance Privacy Manager to the current suite of GRC applications. This application enables organizations to manage privacy compliance, reduce risk and demonstrate due diligence by proactively assessing privacy risks.
