After a two-year development effort, Harland Financial Solutions unveiled Phoenix Extended Financial Enterprise (PhoenixEFE), an integrated enterprise software platform for credit unions. PhoenixEFE brings together the company’s real-time core processing solution, formerly known as the Phoenix System, with its specialized solutions for risk management, lending and compliance, business intelligence and marketing, branch automation, self service, enterprise content management, payments and financial accounting.
Fiserv, a leading global provider of financial services technology solutions, announced that it has signed five new credit union clients to contracts for its Portico, OnCU and CubicsPlus account processing solutions. Conservation Employees CU of Jefferson City, MO, Firefighters CU of Indianapolis, IN and Memorial Employees FCU in Hollywood, FL chose the Portico account processing system. While Organized Labor CU in Modesto, CA chose the CubicsPlus account processing solution, and Electric FCU in San Jose, CA chose the OnCU account processing system.
Network Box USA, the American arm of worldwide managed security service provider Network Box Corp., has signed JCS & Associates, Inc. as a channel partner to sell their Network Box unified threat management (UTM) appliance. With headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI, and offices throughout the United States and Canada, JCS & Associates has sold, installed and integrated more implementations and desktops with end-point security solutions than any other individual integrator in North America.
Continuity Engine, the creator of an on-demand platform that automates the regulatory compliance process for credit unions, recently received the Most Significant Early Stage Capital Investment award from the Connecticut Technology Council (CTC) during its third annual Innovation Pipeline awards ceremony. The CTC, the state’s industry association for the technology sector, annually recognizes companies with an innovative product or service and a business model that demonstrates potential for future success.
Last month, Fiserv held its first conference for all Fiserv credit union clients in Nashville at the Gaylord Opryland resort. Nearly 1,500 attended the event August 24-27. Fiserv delivered nearly 200 hours of product training, demonstrations of new capabilities, and thought-leadership classes, and the Fiserv Tech Expo showcased more than 75 exhibits.
