With a typical multicloud architecture utilizing two or more public clouds as well as multiple private clouds, a multicloud environment aims to eliminate the reliance on any single cloud provider. In action, the router connecting to each cloud provider should have redundant line cards, redundant control modules, and redundant power supplies. Avaya Showcases Cloud 3.0 Capabilities in Its Contact Center Experience

Constructively Use Chatbots

The author suggests that when evaluating what to put into a chatbot, an organization should look at their existing contact load for the channel. If the chatbot is used for messaging services, then the type of things people ask on messaging should be reviewed. If the chatbot is actually a voicebot, then the contact reasons for voice should be reviewed. He goes on to highlight differences between chatbot, voicebot, or generic conversational AI, and discuss best use cases for each.
