The cloud is obviously important, and will deliver significant revenue, but Microsoft's financial returns reveal that on-premises hardware is still significant and likely to remain so for a long time. On-premises servers are an important part of enterprise infrastructures: they provide file and networking support, they host line-of-business applications, they manage data. Even with workloads in the cloud there's always going to be a need to have some of these things close to your users, where network latency is an issue, where regulations demand tight control of data, and where software and hardware need tight integration.

Wi-Fi Protected Access 3 (WPA3) has brought significant security improvements to Wi-Fi networks, particularly WPA-3Enterprise, which includes tweaks to make authenticating to the network more secure. One of these has to do with 802.1x authentication that is used to determine whether Wi-Fi clients will be granted access to the enterprise network. With WPA3-Enterprise, security has been increased as clients are now required to make sure it’s communicating with the real authentication server before sending login credentials.
Scanit's technology works similarly to a traditional QR code reader, which focuses on print mediums. However, in addition to QR codes, it can also be used to scan Direct Response Video (DRV) codes, which are deployed in digital wallets, and in digital media, like TV commercials, websites, digital signage, or point-of-sale terminals like drive-thrus. They claim that their digital wallet allows users to complete contactless transactions from distances up to 20 feet away, and that their technology can read QR and DRV codes from up to 60 feet away.
